Chef Brian and his team prepared and delivered a fabulous meal for our recent family celebration! He listened to our food preferences and we agreed on the menu he recommended. Each course was delicious and presented in a very beautiful way. He even developed a new dessert to meet some family allergy restrictions that was wonderful. They arrived at the agreed upon time, set and beautifully decorated the table, prepared and served the food allowing just the right amount of time between each course. The kitchen was spotless when they left having cleaned and returned it to the condition it was when they arrived. Our whole family would recommend Chef Brian to anyone interested in a fine dining experience, crafted just for you, served in the comfort of your own home.

We had Chef Brian and Alexandria for a dinner party in Naples and they were perfect for our private chef experience. Chef was super easy to work with in creating the experience as we had multiple calls to finalize the menu. On the day of the event, they were on time, provided everything that was required and were a delight from start to finish. The food was amazing and Chef’s creativity came shining through in many ways throughout the night. Alexandria provided exquisite service and support as their partnership was on display at every turn. They took care of everything- from the moment they arrived to the last wipe down of the kitchen – excellent job. I would highly recommend them for your next experience. Thanks Chef and Alexandria for helping us create a memorable night for us and our guests.
