Chef Brian and his team prepared and delivered a fabulous meal for our recent family celebration! He listened to our food preferences and we agreed on the menu he recommended. Each course was delicious and presented in a very beautiful way. He even developed a new dessert to meet some family allergy restrictions that was wonderful. They arrived at the agreed upon time, set and beautifully decorated the table, prepared and served the food allowing just the right amount of time between each course. The kitchen was spotless when they left having cleaned and returned it to the condition it was when they arrived. Our whole family would recommend Chef Brian to anyone interested in a fine dining experience, crafted just for you, served in the comfort of your own home.

We had Chef Brian and Alexandria for a dinner party in Naples and they were perfect for our private chef experience. Chef was super easy to work with in creating the experience as we had multiple calls to finalize the menu. On the day of the event, they were on time, provided everything that was required and were a delight from start to finish. The food was amazing and Chef’s creativity came shining through in many ways throughout the night. Alexandria provided exquisite service and support as their partnership was on display at every turn. They took care of everything- from the moment they arrived to the last wipe down of the kitchen – excellent job. I would highly recommend them for your next experience. Thanks Chef and Alexandria for helping us create a memorable night for us and our guests.

We offer 3, 5 & 7 course dining or tapas experiences. If you are looking for a formal, sit down full meal with a custom menu and wine pairing option, our FULL SERVICE EXPERIENCE is for you. (It includes music! A seasonal tablescape! Lively course presentations!) If you need an elegant, cocktail hour style buffet table for your larger gathering, the TAPAS EXPERIENCE might be for you. Whichever experience you prefer, all you need to do is show us your kitchen. Me and my wife Alexandria will take care of the rest.

Schooled at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia, I have such a passion for the joy, connection, and sacred space that is uniquely found around the table. Food without connection will feed your body, but I specialize in creating experiences that bring together the “close your eyes and taste it” feeling of food crafted from scratch along with the “I could cry I’m so happy to be here at this moment in time” connections with your loved ones.

Chef Brian and his amazing assistant/wife made an amazing meal for my family as our Christmas celebration in Ft Myers Beach while on vacation. His communication, assistance with the menu, avoiding food allergies, they were just wonderful. And the food, AMAZING. Printed menus, table settings, presentation, variety, flavor, service, it was all amazing. AND we were eating off of the leftovers for 2 days. We were a 3 hour drive from their home but they cover the entire state. Would highly recommend!
