Chef Brian and his team prepared and delivered a fabulous meal for our recent family celebration! He listened to our food preferences and we agreed on the menu he recommended. Each course was delicious and presented in a very beautiful way. He even developed a new dessert to meet some family allergy restrictions that was wonderful. They arrived at the agreed upon time, set and beautifully decorated the table, prepared and served the food allowing just the right amount of time between each course. The kitchen was spotless when they left having cleaned and returned it to the condition it was when they arrived. Our whole family would recommend Chef Brian to anyone interested in a fine dining experience, crafted just for you, served in the comfort of your own home.

We had Chef Brian and Alexandria for a dinner party in Naples and they were perfect for our private chef experience. Chef was super easy to work with in creating the experience as we had multiple calls to finalize the menu. On the day of the event, they were on time, provided everything that was required and were a delight from start to finish. The food was amazing and Chef’s creativity came shining through in many ways throughout the night. Alexandria provided exquisite service and support as their partnership was on display at every turn. They took care of everything- from the moment they arrived to the last wipe down of the kitchen – excellent job. I would highly recommend them for your next experience. Do you offer set menus or custom menus?

Every menu is customized to reflect your tastes, dietary needs, and the occasion. Some clients come with a specific cuisine or dish in mind; others trust Chef Brian to create a seasonal, chef-curated experience from scratch. We can do either, so it truly is up to your individual preference.

What’s included in the experience?

All experiences include hands-on preparation, personalized menu design, elegant plating, thoughtful tableware, beautifully designed tablescape, and professional in-home service. Cleanup is handled by our team so you can stay fully present with your guests.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We are happy to accommodate allergies, sensitivities, and dietary preferences (gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb, pescatarian, etc.). Just let us know your needs during your consultation call!

Do you provide servers, rentals, or bartenders?

Yes—professional service is included with every experience to ensure your evening flows seamlessly. If your event requires a dedicated bartender or specialty rentals beyond what we provide, we’re happy to coordinate with our trusted local partners to bring in exactly what you need. Whether it’s glassware, a bar setup, or additional seating, we’ll make sure every detail is taken care of with ease and elegance.

How do I book an experience?

Start by filling out our short inquiry form. Once we receive it, we’ll send you our pricing guide and follow up to schedule a consultation call. After your call, we’ll begin planning a deeply personal and memorable culinary experience for you and your guests.

How much should we expect to spend on groceries?

Grocery cost really depends on your vision for the evening. Most of our clients spend $40–$50 per guest on ingredients, though it can vary based on your chosen menu, dietary preferences, and the level of quality you’re looking for.Whether you’re dreaming of grass-fed ribeye or fresh local produce, we source everything carefully, working within your budget while upholding the integrity and beauty of the entire experience.

How does the whole process work?

Once you’ve selected your experience, confirmed your date, and placed your 30% deposit, the journey officially begins! You’ll receive a thoughtful questionnaire that helps us uncover your menu preferences, musical taste, event timing, and even visual inspiration for your table and space.

From there, I’ll personally design a custom menu to reflect your tastes and the tone of the evening. Once it’s approved, my wife Alexandria brings it to life visually—curating an intentional layout, tablescape, and florals that echo the season, the menu, and the spirit of your gathering.

From start to finish, every detail is handled carefully and with our whole hearts. We believe this isn’t just dinner—it’s a sacred experience shared around the table, created to nourish and delight every guest.
