About the Chef
Believe it or not, my culinary awakening took place while serving meals in a hospital to the sick.
Shortly after, I decided to go to culinary school and attend The Restaurant School At Walnut Hill College in the heart of Philadelphia. For part of my final exam I had to travel with my class to Europe. I remember embarking on this life changing trip of great significance. This is where it all began, I was fascinated by the culture that tailored a laid back life-style revolving around home grown produce and freshly made ingredients. There was music around every corner and the aroma in the air lingered in my memories. It was then that I realized that love, life, music, and food should be organically served at the table.
My passion led to a dream...
When I came back to the United States, a passion developed in me to expand my knowledge in the realm of culinary arts. I started as a line cook and worked my way up to become an Executive Chef over a 10 year span. However, during my process I realized that there was something more, something missing, something deeper… and this is where my journey began and my dreams became reality…

European Tour in
France and Italy
After studying at Walnut Hill, Chef Brian traveled to France and Italy to immerse himself into the culture of fine dining. It awakened a desire to bring this experience back home, where he launched his own prestigious and successful brand.
Florida became
his home
After returning to the States, Brian relocated to Florida where he now calls home. He continues to grow his skills and expertise as a private Chef, while practicing culinary experiences through the art of fine dining. What an incredible journey!
